| James Hartzog |
| | James R. Hartzog, RPh, J.D., is the Registered Pharmacist and Designated Representative for Keltman. He is in charge of regulatory affairs and inventory management. James received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College. He has been a licensed pharmacist for over 37 years. In addition, James is also a practicing attorney. Hartzog has served as President of the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy. |

| Larry Harvey |
| | Larry Harvey is the Vice President of Sales for Keltman. An Atlanta, Georgia native who graduated with honors from Kennesaw State University, Larry launched his healthcare career in several capacities at Johnson & Johnson. His career would follow as a Corporate Director in the launch of the new Interbody Technologies Division of Medtronic Sofamor Danek, the Director of Sales at OsteoMed, and Vice President of Access CardioSystems. Larry has a combined 25 years of experience in sales, training, education, marketing, and physician lab training and education in the advancement of surgical implants and procedures for optimal patient outcomes in cardiothoracic, neuro, spinal, trauma, and plastic reconstructive surgery. |

| | Les Hervey is the Director of Technology at Keltman. He developed Keltman’s propriety software system and is in charge of development, IT, and technology at Keltman. Les earned a degree in Psychology in 1994 and completed his requirements for Management Information Systems in 2000 from the University of Mississippi. Les has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. |

| | Leigh Ann Patterson is Keltman’s Marketing Director. Leigh Ann is in charge of all marketing, public relations, and outbound customer service. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Mississippi. Leigh Ann has over six years of experience having formerly served one year at Cypress Depot and five years at Patty Peck Honda in marketing and public relations, respectively. |

| | Marie Dear is Keltman’s Warehouse Manager. Marie plays a critical role in our inventory management and customer satisfaction and is informally known as the “bus driver” of Keltman. She is in charge of all shipping and receiving of products. Marie joined Keltman in 2007 and has over 25 years in work experience. |

| | Erica Sutphin is Keltman’s Director of Customer Service. She coordinates new account set ups and handles inbound customer service for Keltman. Erica brings over eight years of experience to Keltman having formerly served at First Baptist Church of Richland & First American Title Insurance Company. |

This program allows physicians to set up an in-office dispensing system based on a formulary of pre-packaged medications selected by the physician. Patients enjoy the convenience of receiving their medications during their office visit which helps physicians ensure patient compliance. |
