| A: AWP (Average Wholesale Price) is set by the manufacturer and is the standard price used by Worker’s Compensation for reimbursement. |

| Q: Do physician’s clinics have to keep a large supply of medications? |
| A: We recommend maintaining at least a 2 week supply. |

| Q: How does the clinic store medications? |
| A: All you need is a locked cabinet or drawer. If you are carrying controlled medications, they must be stored behind a double lock. |

| Q: Does the physician have additional liabilities? |
| A: Dispensing physicians carry the same liability as they do when writing the prescription. |

| Q: How do we bill for the medications? |
| A: Keltman will provide your clinic with billing information for the respective state. |
